What is your return policy? (How do I request an exchange for a store credit?)
If you are not satisfied with your in-stock corset purchase for any reason, it may be returned for exchange or for a store credit. (See Exceptions below).
All exchanges must be pre-authorized by a customer care representative and returned within 14 days of original receipt. Although original shipping is not refundable, we do not charge customers to re-ship their exchanged items. In order for an exchange or store credit to take place, returned items must be in their original plastic, in unworn, brand-new condition with tags attached. Please wear a camisole, corset liner or t-shirt when trying on your corset to avoid marking. Exchanges are limited to one per corset order. Contact us at sales@corsetconnection.com for a return authorization number. We accept absolutely NO returns or exchanges after 14 days, and never without an authorization number. We will happily exchange all items that are faulty in any way. Please examine your new garments, and let us know *immediately* if your item is damaged in any way, contacting us at sales@corsetconnection.com for a return authorization number.
Exceptions: All made to order, made to measure, and special order items are not refundable, so please order with care. You should email us with your measurements whenever there is a question as to style or size, and we will help you to determine the correct corset and size to purchase. Any changes to a standard style corset (additional garters, trim options, special order fabric, or any other customization) is considered a custom order and may not be returned nor exchanged. Accessories, lingerie, shoes and clothing items are often made-to-order, or imported from overseas, and are not refundable. Unless listed as "in-stock", these items have a 3-6 week manufacturing time. Please ask before ordering if you are concerned about delivery time or sizing. We are happy to discuss your requirements and assist you in making your selection before your order is placed. Shoes are exchangeable for size changes only. In the rare case that a refund is issued a 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted.
All of our corsets are made to last under normal conditions, but we cannot be held responsible for how individuals treat their garments. All sizes stated are approximate and are measured in inches. Refunds will not be given for garments that do not fit. Please ensure you have measured yourself fully, and allow a margin of error for alterations. If in doubt please contact us before ordering. Notification of faulty goods should be made within three days of the goods being received. All goods supplied by us are subject to manufacturing tolerances, and are warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which they are designed, under fair conditions. Our liability under this warranty will be limited to the replacement, free repair or issue of credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not been caused by misuse, negligent in handling or improper care of the goods.
If you feel that you have received the wrong item, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
When will my credit appear on my account?
In the rare instance that a credit had been approved you will see the credit transaction on your account within 7-10 business days.
The product isn't the same color as I thought it would be. Can I return it?
There are no returns on made to order items. If you need a specific color to match something, we suggest you request samples of the fabric BEFORE purchasing.
There are no returns on panties or thongs, due to sanitary issues and the law. Bras and garters belts can be exchanged for a different size as long as tags are still attached, and the items are unworn. (This does not apply to custom made bras and garters - these are not returnable).
