When will my order ship?

In-stock items will ship within two business days, if not the same day. For garments that are customized or custom ordered, the normal manufacturing time is between 3 and 4 weeks. If you choose Rush Service (see below), additional fees apply and will be calculated by the shopping cart system. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping times, or need your order for a particular date, please contact us by email or call 1-888-526-7738.

Custom Made Orders and any order over $100.00 MUST ship to the billing address. No exceptions will be made to this policy, as we must receive a Delivery Confirmation from the purchaser upon delivery.

How long does shipping take?

We do not ship on the weekends and certain major holidays. FedEx and USPS do not deliver on these days so keep that in mind when counting the number of days it will take to receive your package.

We ship world-wide to any location that is allowed through the United States Postal Service. If you have any questions about locations we ship to please email us with your country information. We do not ship shoes internationally.

Are there any Tarrifs/Taxes/Customs Fees applicable when shipping overseas?

Yes, there may be fees, depending on the individual country's policies. Any taxes, tariffs or duties levied must be paid by the recipient of the order, we will not bill you for any of these charges. It is required by law that we include a commercial invoice with your order. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any confiscations by customs. Any and all duties, taxes, and tariffs levied are the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact your local customs office for information on what these charges might be before you place your order.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship world-wide to any location that is allowed through the United States Postal Service, this includes APO/FPO addresses. If you have any questions about locations we ship to please email us with your information. We do not ship shoes to APO/FPO addresses.

How do you handle backorders?

While we try to maintain a high inventory level on the in-stock items, there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock. If this is the case, we will e-mail you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order. Our made to order items are never on back order, but you may be required to select a different fabric, in the event that the current selection becomes unavailable.

Shoe Delivery Policies

Shoes are only available for domestic shipment. We do not ship shoes internationally at this time. As long as they are in stock, you should receive them in 1-2 weeks. If you need them for a specific event, please contact us before ordering so we can accommodate your time frame.

What is your policy for Refused or Unclaimed packages?

If your package is returned to us "refused" or "unclaimed" (due to an unauthorized cancellation, change of heart, or incorrect address) we cannot be held responsible for original shipping charges, re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges to reship your item. Re-routing fees will be charged to your credit card. We are not responsible if a refused or unclaimed package is no longer wanted by the customer. If a request for cancellation was not received, and confirmed by us in writing within 24 hours of purchase, the customer owns the item and it will be re-shipped and charged to the customer.
