What is your return policy? (How do I request an exchange for a store credit?)

Corset Connection values your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (see Exceptions**), simply return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. A refund or exchange will be processed - less shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original, brand-new condition, with no markings, odors or signs of wear and in original plastic packaging with tags.

Custom ordered corsets, costumes and clothing are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances. This includes any item that is made to a customer’s measurements or that is ordered in the customer’s personalized choice of fabric combinations.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Please remember that returns that smell of perfumes or smoke or have been exposed to animals and pet hair will not be accepted for return. All returns are subject to inspections, which allow us to insure that the item has not been worn and has not been in contact with the body. 

Clearance and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Halloween costume orders placed between October 10th and October 31st are final sale.

How to Process your Return or Exchange:

1. Please email us within 30 days of your receipt of the item at, or call 1-888-526-7738. You may also login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or exchange once we've received and processed the returned item(s). If you do not have an account, please send your return to Lovemine Designs PO Box 51604, Eugene, OR 97405, USA. Include your order number and reason for return, and be sure to send us an email requesting a return or exchange.

2. Please ship the product back to us pre-paid and insured. The product must be returned in the original plastic packaging and show no signs of wear, odors or damage. Returns that smell of perfumes or smoke, have obvious signs of wear and tear, have discoloration or markings, or have been exposed to animals and pet hair will not be accepted for return or exchange, and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

3. We will complete the return/exchange transaction within ten business days of our receipt of the returned item(s).

Refund Policies:

  • Returns arriving within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the item will be refunded or exchanged according to your preference.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
  • Custom orders are nonrefundable.
  • Intimate apparel and lingerie is nonrefundable.
  • Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Clearance and sale items are nonrefundable.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong item, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Once a credit had been approved you will see the credit transaction on your account within 7-30 business days, depending on your banks policies.

The product isn't the same color as I thought it would be. Can I return it?

There are no returns on custom or made to order items. If you need a specific color to match something, we suggest you request samples of the fabric before placing your order.

Can I return Lingerie?

There are no returns on panties or thongs, due to sanitary issues and the law. Bras and garters belts fall under our Return Policy as long as they are in original packaging, tags are still attached, and the items are unworn. (This does not apply to custom made bras and garters - these are not returnable.)
